Alison Spiegel, Counselor

After twenty-five years as a wife, mother, and software engineer, Alison was moved to enter the world of biblical counseling. She pursued formal training from the Christian Counseling & Educational Foundation (CCEF) and holds all three of their counseling certificates. She also has a master’s degree in counseling from Westminster Theological Seminary. Her passion is to help people know God more personally, engage with Him more intimately, and find help and hope in the deep truths of His living word.

Alison has experience walking with those who struggle with marital or other relational difficulties, sexual brokenness, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, and other spiritual struggles, in the context of both individual and marriage counseling. She desires to help people express their emotions redemptively and communicate effectively.

Alison is very involved in her local church where she helps to counsel and mentor others, participates in the women's ministry, and enjoys the fellowship and encouragement of the body of Christ.

She is married to Pete and they have four grown children who are all starting families of their own. Her grandchildren are the delight of her heart. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and watching British crime dramas.

Alison offers exclusively virtual counseling.
