A Letter From the Director

Hello Friends,

It really is hard to believe that we are more than halfway through 2015. Since January, Life Counseling Center has been busy with many events, as well as personal ministry. I would like to highlight for you just some of the things we have been doing so far this year.

In February approximately 100 people attended our PG 13 Workshop.  Parents and youth workers were equipped to better walk with teens through tough issues like sex and sexuality in this highly digital age. In March we held The Heart of Marriage conference. Partnering with Chapelgate Church, the pastors and counselors walked through God’s purpose for marriage, and worked through common marital issues and struggles. In June we held a two day Instruments in the Hands of the Redeemer training workshop.  The focus was to help people to better grasp personal ministry and discipleship. It was filled with practical discussions and hands on application of the material.

Here are just a few comments that came in from people who attended our last conference:

“I  Like the practicality and simplicity of what was taught”

“the conference helped me to be a little more confident to reach out to people”

“loved the role play with the people at my table”

And finally we are very excited to inform you that in June we launched a second location for our counseling center in partnership with City Church. Please pray for Life Counseling Center at Roland Park in Baltimore City as we seek to care for the greater community in the Baltimore area.

We are thankful for your support and prayers as God grows this ministry. We are dependent upon the financial help of people like you to keep this ministry going strong.

Would you consider giving to this much needed ministry? Every gift we receive at Life Counseling Center is directed towards helping change lives and is tax deductible. You can donate right now by clicking HERE. Thank you.

In His Grace,

Rich Starsoneck

Director of Counseling
